Cynthia's Bed and Biscuit Inn is Placer County's Premier Cage-Free Boarding
and Day Care Home for friendly, well-mannered dogs! Located at 3190 Swetzer
Road in historic Loomis, California, we are only a short distance away from
Interstate 80 just East of Sacramento, CA. Nestled at the bottom of the Sierra
Nevada foothills in what was once a thriving fruit packing community sits
the Old Swetzer farm, a historic three acre landmark from 100 years ago. Now
renovated, this old farmhouse and large play yard welcome dogs of all ages,
shapes, and types to spend a day, night, or a vacation while their owners
are away.
What
makes us different? For starters, your dog has the freedom to run, play, or
just hang out with his buddies in our generous 8,000+sq. foot play yards complete
with shady trees and play equipment. Our yard is surrounded by 6 foot high
redwood fencing, making it safe and secure. At night, your pampered pooch
can decide where to sleep inside the farmhouse-with a buddy (dog or human)
on the couch, by the fireplace or TV, or on a dog cushion just his size in
one of several rooms specially designed for dogs. We have a Tiny Tots room
and yard, as well as Big and Bold rooms and yard.
We
are a Cage-Free home, both inside and outside. We have no kennels,
and all dogs sleep inside at night with their human friends. Cynthia and her
staff enjoy getting to know each dog's unique temperament and needs. Loneliness
is not "allowed" at our Inn, and we strive to provide a safe, loving, and
relaxed environment for all. Our purpose is to pet, pamper, and provide your
dog with the highest quality loving care available!
DIRECTIONS TO AUNTCYNTHIA’S BED AND BISCUIT INN
:
Take I-80 to the Horseshoe Bar Road Exit. Go North past Raley’s
shopping Center, on Horseshoe Bar Road until it crosses Taylor Road. Turn
right on to Taylor, and go to King Rd. Take a left onto King Road, cross the train
tracks, and immediately turn right onto Swetzer Road. Travel ½ mile down Swetzer
Rd., and ACBB is on the left-hand-side at 3190. Look for
the large sign and driveway. Turn in and park at the Farmhouse.
From Lincoln area, take Hwy 193 to Sierra College Boulevard. Turn onto Sierra College Blvd., and continue down the road until it intersects King Road at the light. Turn left onto King Rd. and continue until you see Swetzer Road on your left, just before the train crossing in Loomis. Turn left, go down ½ mile, and ACBB is on the left at 3190. Go down the driveway, and park at the Farmhouse.

Aunt Cynthia, I wanted to write and tell you what a wonderful time I had at your B&B during my six day stay in April while my Grandpa had heart surgery in Sacramento. After a very long car trip (I didn't know where I was going) we showed up at your place. I was really nervous to have the interview, since if I didn't "make muster"..... I had no back-up plan. I guess I made it, cuz I got to stay. I was a little confused when mommy and daddy left... but soon was happy playing with all of your friends. I know my mommy kept calling and pestering you to see if I was happy.....and I apologize for that. See.... since her other kids grew up.... I am now the "baby". I especially liked that I was able to play with new friends ALL of the time. I was so tired when Mommy and Daddy picked me up, I slept for two days. I also liked that I could sleep on the furniture like I do at home. When mommy and daddy picked me up I was happy to see them, but they thought I was funny when I kept looking out the car window, whining as we drove away, wondering when I would see my new friends again.
